Our mission is enhancing access to safe, reliable and convenient drinking water in western Kenya. At least 2 million people in the region still lack access to improved sources of water. As governments, development partners and United Nations work towards achieving sustainable goal No. 6, gaps still persist on the proportion of people having access to this basic service. In many parts of Western Kenya, boreholes remain by far the most reliable sources of drinking water.
